RESERVATION PACKAGES

During CYS League Season: we will NOT dismantle volleyball nets, move basketball hoops, or remove batting cages. Please take this in consideration when choosing your event date.

Rental rate is based on how much of the facility will be in use, hours/days of usage, general amenities such as: tables and chairs set up by your group, electricity/heat/air, general cleaning supplies and access to the facility during hours determined at time of reservation. Additional setup/usage/removal of items are subject to additional charges and need to be determined at the time of signing this contract with prior approval. List of add-ons available during contract signing.

*Large events over 400 people will require additional city trash bins. These need to be requested by your group and paid to the city.

eVENTS, WEDDINGS, AUCTIONS, CRAFT FAIRS & MORE!

$500-$2000 refundable deposit required at time of reservation*

  • One Day: includes 1 hour setup/1 hour cleanup $1750

  • Two Day: Friday Noon - Sunday Noon $3000

  • Three Day: 2 day setup, 3rd day Auction/Event and cleanup $4000

    If dismantling of batting cages and concessions required there will be an additional charge, call or email for quotes on specifics.

Meeting Room- includes kitchen

$100 refundable deposit required at time of reservation

  • Half Day: 6 Hours or Less $400

  • Full Day: Over 6 hours up to 12 hours $750

  • Multiple Days: per 24 hours (ex. Noon Monday - Noon Tuesday) $1250

BIRTHDAY PARTIES/Reunions

Deposit $50 for every 2 hours (ex. 2hr $50, 4hr $100, 6hr $150 etc)

  • Turf ONLY (Batting cages separate): 2hr $200, 4hr $300 *call for specifics

  • Meeting Room/Kitchen ONLY: 2hr $200, 4hr $300 *call for specifics

  • Full Day Whole Building exc. Upstairs: $1000 +$500 for bouncy house

  • Two Day Whole Building exc. Upstairs: $1500 +$500 for bouncy house

Package for entire season- paid beginning of season

non cys league TOURNAMENTS/clinics

  • Portion of admission fees- we will provide concessions upon advanced request & keep 100% of sales.

Concessions at request, we run & receive profits as payment for service.

  • TOURNAMENTS Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, etc.

    $500 cleaning fee per day

**Deposit refundable at the discretion of Tad after the end of the event.

Excessive cleaning required by our staff including but not limited to: bathrooms, kitchen, full floor scrubbing, and others based on specific events will forfeit any deposits.
